We specialize in helping women navigating midlife, perimenopause, or menopause who are ready to reclaim their strength, energy, and confidence. That said, we coach people of all genders and life stages who want a realistic, sustainable approach to wellness without extremes.

Yes. We’re experienced in coaching alongside GLP-1 medications and can help you:

Do I have to be in perimenopause to work with you?

What’s the difference between Concierge Coaching and Coach-in-Your-Pocket?

Both are great options that can help you get results. With CC, you're making a larger investment and you'll have a lot more support from and interaction with us every step of the way.

With CIYP, you'll need to be more of a self-starter with a high level of personal accountability who wants our guidance but doesn't need much hand-holding. Our most successful clients start with CC and graduate to CIYP after 3-6 months.
